Marketplace Presenter – E-mentoring

Prior to joining the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) in January 2011, Cynthia worked with colleges in Nova Scotia and Ontario.  She gained experience in international development, contract training projects and student recruitment through her work with Nova Scotia Agricultural College and Nova Scotia Community College.  In 2007, she joined CONNECT Strategic Alliances, the marketing and business development unit of the Ontario colleges, where she directed an education support program for low income farmers until she became director of the Colleges Integrating Immigrants to Employment (CIITE) project.  Cynthia is a graduate of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College (NSAC) and is currently a part-time student at Athabasca University.
